Q: What does my support contract cover?
A: Your Support contract
covers problems or issues you may have with the software. The technical
support desk is open from 6AM to 6PM Monday through Friday Mountain
Standard time. It also covers updates to the software. Our goal is to
release 2 software updates a year. The dates of the release my vary
depending on upgrades being made to the software and the testing it takes
before releasing a general release. The other area this covers is the web
site. You will be able to enter a customer number and receive Information based
upon what software you have and other tidbits.
